Synod Meeting 2020

The next meeting of the Synod of Victoria and Tasmania will be held at the Box Hill Town Hall (Melbourne), from 13-18 November 2020. The Synod meets about every 18 months to hear reports, proposals and other matters that concern the general oversight, direction and administration of the Church’s life.
Synod meetings include reporting on the work of Synod work units and agencies, consideration of proposals (information, deliberation and decision-making sessions), as well as worship, prayer, Bible study, celebration, electing the next Moderator, and meeting new people from across the Synod.
